The Process

If you have made it this far it means you like my work and are considering using me as your photographer.  The next step is to set up a time to chat and see if we are a good fit for each other.  We can do this by a phone call, zoom meeting, or my favorite over a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop.

Once you decide to book (YAY) we move forward on planning your engagement session. I am also available to chat to discuss concerns or details pertaining to your day.  I'll walk you through everything and work with you to create a time line and make sure your day is seamless and stress free!

"Haley worked Tirelessly all day to capture every precious moment of my wedding. From getting ready, to family pictures, clear to the end of the reception, and I couldn’t be happier with her work. She puts her heart into what she does, and it shows"

Haley does such an amazing job! We used her for our wedding pictures and she captured the day perfectly! She really captured the essence and special moments of the day. Her attention to detail is spot on. She made us feel so comfortable and relaxed and the pictures reflect that. I would definitely recommend Haley

Frequently Asked Questions

A:

The exact number of photos you receive will vary depending on your wedding. I guarantee a minimum of 50 images per hour of shooting.  Most weddings vary between 500-800 images. Your final gallery will be full of beautifully edited high resolution images that you are free to print anywhere.

Q:

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE
MY PICTURES?

I hand edit every photo I deliver to my couples.  You will receive a sneak peek with-in 3 days of the wedding.  With in one week of the wedding you will receive a mini gallery of highlights from the day. My contract states you will get the final gallery within 3 months.  My goal is always to deliver your gallery as soon as possible without sacrificing quality.

Q:

WHO OWNS IMAGE RIGHTS AND HOW CAN WE USE THEM?

A:

Haley Leone own image rights and copy rights of the images.  This just means they are my work and that third parties may not use my images to promote themselves or as their own.  My couples can print and share their images on social media.  They are also more than welcome to share their gallery with friends and family members.

Q:

HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE SAFETY AND BACK UP OF OUR WEDDING PHOTOS?

A:

Things go wrong. Technology fails. I take several steps to make sure that when this happens I am covered.  I bring two cameras to every wedding. Each camera has two SD card slots so that I can record your images to both incase one fails.  The first thing I do after your wedding is load all images to an external hard drive that is back up to the cloud daily.  I then import your photos to my computer for editing.  I do not format the SD cards until your wedding has been delivered and downloaded.

Q:

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?

A:

There is a 25% non-refundable retainer to hold your date. If you need to move/cancel your wedding date you forfeit your retainer. The retainer covers holding your date, consultations, and your engagement session.  If you need to move your date and I can rebook your current date your retainer can be transferred to your new date.  If the current date can not be booked a new retainer will be required.

Q:

I HAVE LOTS OF CREATIVE IDEAS CAN I SHARE THOSE WITH YOU?

A:

HECK YES! My main goal is that you are obsessed with your pictures! I want to know your vision so I can create epic photos you will love.
